On Tuesday, July 29, from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., OIT will perform additional upgrades of Brown’s VPN service. During this timeframe, your connection may be unstable and have brief disconnections as we work to improve the service.

Users of Macs that are not managed by Brown may need to manually update their VPN app to continue use of the VPN, if they have not already done so recently. We have instructions in this IT Help article to get and install the newest version of the VPN software.
