Vending Machine Outage
Investigating - We are currently investigating a service disruption affecting vending machines across campus due to a technical failure on the vendor's side (Cantaloupe). This external issue is specifically impacting the processing of campus card payments and subsequent product dispensing. Please note that credit, debit, and cash payments remain fully functional, as they bypass the affected vendor system. Cantaloupe’s technical team is currently working to repair their service, and we are in direct communication with them to ensure our campus restoration is prioritized. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available from the vendor.

Investigating - Some active Brown courses listed at as "Cancelled," which prevents site creation in CourseTools. Additionally, some instructors are currently unable to request their own sites directly through the standard process.

Investigating - Microsoft is having a worldwide outage affecting many of their cloud services. At Brown, some customers may experience intermittent availability of OneDrive and potentially other Microsoft services, including SharePoint, and Teams. Microsoft is working toward a resolution, and we expect services to return to normal status this evening.
