To ensure sufficient system resources for the student grade mode change period, Cognos Analytics Banner real-time reporting will be unavailable on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Only Cognos Analytics Banner reports that include real-time data will fail during this time. Cognos Analytics will be available during this time, and you will be able to run other reports that do not rely on real-time data.
Please share this message with users in your department who run reports that contain real-time data.

Investigating -
Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive and other services) are reporting that we are out of storage. You may have problems editing Drive files, but currently should be able to send and receive email and work with calendar events. OIT is investigating the problem.

The Listserv bulk email service experienced an outage from December 25, 2025 at 8:14 pm through December 26, 2025 at 10:23 am. This issue is now resolved and we are monitoring for any further problems.
