Identified - We are currently experiencing a partial outage of Brown’s RemoteApp service. For some people, a workaround is available to access the service by using VPN prior to connection. However, some computers are entirely unable to access the service at this time.
OIT has a high-severity case open with our vendor, and is working to correct the problem

Investigating - Due to a server issue affecting our scheduling system (AppWorx), we regret to inform you that the batch shift (jobs and process flows) scheduled for tonight, Monday, May 6, will not be executed as planned.

OIT team is actively working on resolving the server issue, and we anticipate a full resolution soon. We expect the scheduling system to be back up and running as usual tomorrow, Tuesday, May 7, 2024.

Investigating - The Banner ODS Refresh will not run tonight (5/6/24) due to an issue we are investigating. This means reports you run in Cognos Analytics on Tuesday, 5/7/24, against Banner ODS packages will be 1-day out of date—data will remain current as of Sunday 5/5/24 nightly refresh.

The Banner ODS nightly refresh is expected to run as scheduled tomorrow evening, Tuesday, 5/7/24.

[PLEASE NOTE: Cognos Analytics is current for all other data sources.]
