Scheduled - Due to urgent unscheduled maintenance, we are required to reboot the compute nodes immediately. If you notice your jobs are currently PENDING with the status ReqNodeNotAvail or Reserved for maintenance, please be advised that this is expected during the update window.
What you need to know:
No Action Required: You do not need to restart or resubmit your jobs.
Automatic Resumption: Once the reboots are finished and the maintenance reservation is lifted, your jobs will resume automatically.

Network connectivity at 200 Dyer experienced a temporary outage on Monday, April 27, 2026 from approximately 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. During this time, users at 200 Dyer may have experienced connectivity problems. This issue is now resolved.

Starting Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 6:00 AM, OIT will upgrade the Cognos Analytics Production environment. We anticipate the system will be back up and operational by 2:00 PM on Saturday.
While the upgrade is taking place, Cognos Analytics Production will be unavailable or unstable and you should not log in.
Reports that are running when Cognos Analytics goes offline at 6:00 AM will fail. Reports scheduled to run during the upgrade may fail or not run at all. You should plan to review your scheduled reports and be prepared to rerun them manually after the upgrade.
Cognos users should watch for an email from the Business Intelligence Team after the upgrade.
